How it is used
The information is used only to manage attendance, communicate event details and make reasonable event arrangements. It is not intended for advertising or sale.
Retention
Define a specific retention period. A practical approach is to remove event RSVP records after the event and any necessary follow-up have concluded, unless a longer period is required and clearly explained.
Security
The starter backend applies input limits, server-side validation and optional bot verification. Technical controls do not replace careful access management, software updates and appropriate backups.
